Job Description

• Respond to customers’ chat requests through the official Line account.
• Oversee the engineer’s survey and installation timeline.
• Make an appointment to schedule site survey dates by calling the customers.
• Receive customer and engineer phone calls.
• Create a daily report for the supervisor.
• Support all engineers.
• Support Accounting Department

Qualification

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Min. 3 years experience in a business development role preferably in  New Energy, Renewable and/or EV industry.
• Has basic knowledge of Accounting
