Job Summary

A person to coach dealer associates on site to know MMTh dealer service operation standard(DOS) and how to treat Mitsubishi customer in proper way in order to gain customers’ trust , dealers’ reputation and brand image

Responsibilities

• Work together with dealer in Bangkok and up-country
• Survey and analyse dealer service situation
• Coordinate and communicate with dealer personal
• Observe dealer service operation to fine the area that need to be improved
• Making the coaching plan with dealer service manager
• Implement coaching activity base on plan
• OJT or demonstrate dealer associate (CRO, SA, Foreman, Technician) to know MMTh DOS
• Evaluate coaching result and point out area need to be improve to dealer service manager
• Follow up dealer after coaching and make PDCA plan together with service manager
• Making summary report and submit to management after comeback from the field.

Qualification

• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor degree (If have background in Technical, will be advantage)
• Age not over 35 years old
• Experience in automobile service center will be advantage
• Have a good hospitality attitude, accountability and initiative
• Have a good in communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command in English and Computer MS. Office skill
• Have driving license and able to drive manual transmission vehicle
• Able to go and stay in up-country for 2 weeks in a month
