Salary = 100 – 120K

Responsibilities:

• Be a lead of Technical Project Department in transferring new products from Germany to Thailand according to agreed timeline with the customer.
• End-to-end project management including project planning, project schedule, budget planning, project implementation, project control and final delivery of projects to meet expectations within timeline, quality and budget.
• Manage, review and implement technical requirement i.e. drawing, specification.
• Coordinate with the project manager at the Headquarter to ensure that the commitment and deadline are met.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate and work closely with other team member i.e. manufacturing engineering, production and quality team to develop new product/process transfer and ensure that a high standard of quality and revenue goals are met the requirement as well as to implement technical transfer training to the employees
• Flexibility in responding to customer in case of any changes, delays to a project or other project deviations, including providing creative solutions to unforeseen issues.
• Successfully negotiate and manage the relationship which customer needs and expectations.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure all established safety, quality, delivery and cost commitments are met and to help achieve department goals and/or KPI’s matrices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Be able to travel oversea in a long period of time during initial project transfer.
• Be able to stand by in case of any delay of the project transfer which needs to be coordinated and fixed on urgent basis.
• Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign.

Requirements:

• Thai nationality, Male or Female age between 37 – 42 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; advance degree is highly desirable.
• Strong Engineering background in machining, aerospace industry’s experience is highly advantage.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in metal machining will be advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing environment with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement and other Lean methodologies.
• More than 5 years project management and extensive knowledge and experience in professional project management and methodologies.
• Project management qualified such PMI certification would be an advantage.
• Ability to define and plan the project, control and deliver project deliverables, project accounting and appraisal, and optimize the contribution of the people involved required.
• Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning as well as tactical execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively communication to all levels of the organization both internal and external.
• Demonstrable expertise with MS Office program especially MS project.
• Proven team working and team building skills.
• Other required personal skills include customer oriented, good listening skills, strong coaching/mentoring skills, and strong delegation & follow-through ability.
• The candidate must be excellent command of English.
• Good coordinating, management and implementation of the Project Management.
• Customer oriented is required.
