Job Description

• Undergo customer site visits to observe technical functions
• Gather and record all necessary data during visits for further analysis
• Establishing, developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients within the local market and aboard from a technical standpoint
• Travelling throughout the assigned territory both domestically and internationally in order to visit existing and prospective clients and ensuring their product awareness
• Review and prepare periodic visit reports on the products and machinery used by customers
• Ensuring that all client data is maintained in the system according to the actual status
• Supervise information related to samples and claims
• Give support in the traceability and characteristics of products to the commercial department
• Present information about new products and/or machinery to the customer
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by manager

Qualification

• Male/Female, Thai national only
• Master/or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Required
• Experience in food industry will be a plus
• 2-3 years Engineering/Technical Experience in a multinational cooperation
• Excellent command of English communication (Speaking and Writing)
• Excellent communication skills across all levels (from sales team to senior management/board, customers, and partners)
• Energetic and results driven with ability to multitask
• High sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
• Very good with MS Office

• Work Day: Monday – Friday, including Saturday and Sunday if required
• Work Hour: 09:00 – 18:00, could be more depending on the job
